Patient App

Please note this app is for service users of:

  • Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals & Kings College Hospital sites

  • Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire – planned outpatients appointments

Below you will find instructions on how to download and use the patient app.

From here you can track the progress of your vehicle and book yourself ready if returning after your appointment.

Step 1

Ensure your email address is registered with us.

The fastest way to do this is via email: enquiries@svlhealthcare.co.uk.

Download the app by following the QR code below, or following this link: https://remote.savoyventures.com/PassengerWebApps/

Step 3

Press ‘My Vehicle’

Then ‘Register’.

Enter your NHS Number and Date of Birth.

Press ‘Find Me’

Confirm your details.

As the Patient you will then be sent a PIN number.

As the Patient this will then allow you to Log in.

The Username is your email address that is registered with us and Password is the PIN number sent to you.
